Techgroove is seeking a talented and ambitious AI Solutions Engineer to join our growing AI Engineering team. This is a pivotal role in our company's strategic shift towards becoming a full AI powerhouse. You will sit at the intersection of cutting-edge AI research and real-world business delivery — designing, building, and deploying intelligent solutions that create tangible, measurable value for our enterprise clients.
As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will work across the full solution lifecycle: from collaborating with clients to understand their most complex problems, to architecting elegant AI-driven solutions, to deploying those solutions into production and ensuring they perform reliably over time. You will work alongside data scientists, cloud architects, and business consultants in cross-functional squads — making you an integral contributor to Techgroove's most exciting and visible client engagements.
This role is ideal for an engineer who is deeply enthusiastic about AI, has hands-on experience building with LLMs and ML frameworks, and wants to grow rapidly in an environment where their work is recognised, rewarded, and deployed to clients at scale.
